Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, product launches), processing may take an additional 1–3 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Calculated at checkout
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Available at an additional cost
  • Local Pickup (O’Fallon, MO location): Free – ready within 24 hours (you’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is ready).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the United States.
  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • Ri-Kyia's Beauty Supply, LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once in the possession of the carrier.
  • If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect Address
